Refunds & cancellation

1. Free trial first

Every company can use CallSync free for 7 days without a card, so you can check it on your own phones before paying.

2. Cancel any time

Cancel under Billing → Manage billing. Your plan stays active until the end of the month you paid for and you are not charged again.

3. Fewer licences

Lowering the number of licences is credited on your next invoice (pro-rated).

4. Refunds

• Charged by mistake, or CallSync could not record on your phones and we could not fix it? Write to [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we refund that charge in full.
• AI minutes that were already used are not refundable.
• Refunds go back to the original card through Stripe and usually arrive within 5–10 business days.
