Every call your agents make or take on their Android phones – recorded, summarised by AI and logged in Pixxi CRM on the right client, automatically.
After every call on an agent’s phone, CallSync creates the call on the lead in Pixxi, with the recording link and the AI summary of what the client wants. Built for UAE real estate brokerages that already run their listings and leads in Pixxi.
In the CallSync dashboard open Integrations, choose Pixxi CRM, follow the guide shown there and press Test connection. Calls that arrived before you connected are sent as soon as the test passes.

Most teams have every phone recording within an hour.
Continue with Google or your work e-mail. No card, nothing to install on a computer.
The guided setup sends each agent a personal link by WhatsApp, e-mail or QR code.
Agents tap the link, download CallSync and allow it once. The pairing code is filled in.
Every call, with both voices and an AI summary, appears in the dashboard and your CRM.
Google Play no longer accepts call-recording apps that work like CallSync, so the app is installed directly from callsync.cloud – signed by us and kept up to date. Android asks once to allow installs from this source – our setup page shows each tap, for Samsung, Xiaomi, realme, OPPO and Huawei.
No more "what did the client say?". Every recorded call gets a structured summary that lands in the dashboard and in your CRM note – sorted into hot, warm and cold leads.
Pay only for what you use: AI minutes are shared by the whole company and calls under 20 seconds are skipped. Every trial includes 60 free AI minutes.
